Epidemiologiya
Nafas olish yo'llari infektsiyasi inson kasalliklarining eng keng tarqalgan turi bo'lib, u har qanday jins, yosh va mintaqada paydo bo'lishi mumkin va dunyodagi kasallanish va o'limning eng muhim sabablaridan biridir.[1]Klinik jihatdan keng tarqalgan respirator patogenlar qatoriga A grippi virusi (IFV A), B grippi virusi (IFV B), respirator sinsitial virus, adenovirus, odam metapnevmovirusi, rinovirus, parainfluenza virusi (I/II/III) va mikoplazma pnevmoniyasi kiradi.[2,3]Nafas olish yo'llari infektsiyasi keltirib chiqaradigan klinik alomatlar va belgilar nisbatan o'xshash, ammo turli patogenlar keltirib chiqaradigan infeksiya turli xil davolash usullariga, shifobaxsh ta'sirga va kasallikning kechishiga ega.[4,5]Hozirgi vaqtda nafas olish yo'llari patogenlarini laboratoriyada aniqlashning asosiy usullari quyidagilarni o'z ichiga oladi: virusni ajratish, antigenni aniqlash va nuklein kislotani aniqlash. Ushbu to'plam nafas olish yo'llari infektsiyasining belgilari va alomatlari bo'lgan shaxslarda o'ziga xos virusli nuklein kislotalarni aniqlaydi va boshqa klinik va laboratoriya natijalari bilan birgalikda nafas olish yo'llari virusli infektsiyasini tashxislashda yordam beradi.

Ekstraksiya qilingan namuna hajmi 200 mkL va tavsiya etilgan elyutatsiya hajmi 150 mkL.
