Epidemiologiya

Bu butun dunyo bo'ylab aholining kasallanish va o'limning asosiy sabablaridan biridir.[1]Keng tarqalgan nafas olish yo'llari patogenlariga yangi koronavirus, A grippi virusi, B grippi virusi, respirator sinsitial virus, Adenovirus, odam metapnevmovirusi, rinovirus, I/II/III/IV tipdagi parainfluenza virusi, Bokavirus, Enterovirus, Koronavirus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae va Streptococcus pneumoniae va boshqalar kiradi.[2,3].

Ish oqimi
Tavsiya etilgan ekstraksiya reaktivi: Jiangsu Macro & Micro-Test Med-Tech Co., Ltd. tomonidan ishlab chiqarilgan Macro & Micro-Test Viral DNK/RNK to'plami (HWTS-3017) (Macro & Micro-Test Avtomatik Nuklein Kislota Ekstraktori (HWTS-EQ010) bilan ishlatilishi mumkin). Ekstraksiya qilingan namuna hajmi 200 µL ni tashkil qiladi. Keyingi bosqichlar ushbu ekstraksiya reaktividan foydalanish bo'yicha ko'rsatmalarga muvofiq bajarilishi kerak. Tavsiya etilgan elusiya hajmi...80 µL.
